Jodi Morrison is a trans woman who came to DC as Joey Morrison in 1972. In this interview she discusses her involvement with the DC LGBT community in the 70s and 80s, describing many bars, clubs and restaurants where LGBT individuals gathered. She also discusses her service in the US Navy before coming to live in DC, as well as her transition from male to female, which she began while living in DC and continued after she left DC in the 80s.
